Set with 18 graduated, fine, cushion Ceylon sapphires weighing ca. 68.50 ct, not heated, joined by small stylised leaf motifs, each set with 1 circular-cut diamond and rose-cut diamonds totalling ca. 1.40 ct. L ca. 40 cm.
