BOULLE CLOCK WITH CARILLON,Louis XV, Neuenburg circa 1750/60. Brass and dyed tortoiseshell finely inlaid in "contre-partie" with flowers, leaves and cartouches. The shaped case with cartouche atop on tapering plinth. The clock with enamel dial and verge escapement with 4/4 striking on 2 bells. Repeater. Musical movement with 10 bells and 6 melodies striking on the hour. 97x21x132 cm. Provenance: Swiss private collection.

Messing und koloriertes Schildpatt ausserordentlich fein eingelegt in "contre-partie"; Blumen, Blätter, Kartuschen und Zierfries. Geschweiftes Gehäuse mit Kartuschenabschluss auf sich nach unten verjüngendem Sockel. Emailzifferblatt mit römischen Minuten- und arabischen Stundenzahlen. Spindelwerk mit 4/4-Schlag auf 2 Glocken. Zugrepetition. Beim Stundenschlag ausgelöstes Glockenspiel mit 10 Glocken und 6 Melodien. 97x21x132 cm.

Provenienz: Schweizer Privatbesitz. Bedeutende Pendule von perfekter Qualität, in hervorragendem Erhaltungszustand und mit fein klingendem Carillon.
