George III, England, 18th century. The dial signed DAYE BARKER ROYAL EXCHANGE LONDON.
Mahogany case. Movement with verge escapement, striking the 1/4-hour on 3 bells. Striking mechanism can be turned off, removed in part. Movement requires restoration. Movement and case are a later 'Marriage'.
