SMALL MANTEL CLOCK ON BASE,

Louis XIV/Régence, Paris, beginning of the 18th century. The dial and movement signed DECOVIGNY À PARIS.
Case with tulipwood veneer. Retracted upper part, decorated with a bronze putto. Bronze mounts, designed as scrolled leaves, a small lion and a bird. Brass dial with white enamel cartouches. Movement with spring barrels positioned on top of one another. Striking mechanism, striking the 1/2-hour on bell. Later plinth. Door- and winding keys, missing.
23x14x57 cm.

- Upper part, broken, requires repair
- Movement, probably needs servicing
- 1 bronze needs to re-attached
