SIDEBOARD WITH BOULLE MARQUETRY "AUX BUSTES DE SATYRS",Regence style, attributed to G. GROHE (Guillaume Grohe, 1808-1885), Paris, late 19th century. Ebony finely inlaid with brass in "premiere partie". The front with central door flanked by 1 caryatid and 1 door on each side. Exceptionally fine, matte and polished gilt bronze mounts and applications. Black marble top. 150x57x115 cm.

Ebenholz profiliert und fein eingelegt mit Messing in "première partie"; Blumen, Blätter und Zierfries. Rechteckiger Korpus mit vorstehendem Blatt auf markantem Bastionssockel. Architektonisch gegliederte Front mit Zentraltüre, flankiert von je 1 Karyatide und 1 Türe. Ausserordentlich feine, matt- und glanzvergoldete Bronzebeschläge und -applikationen. Schwarze Marmorplatte. 150x57x115 cm.
