FROM THE MONKEY BAND: NINETEEN MUSICIANS, ONE CONDUCTOR AND 17 MUSIC STANDS

Meissen, after 1934. The models from 1755 by Peter Reinicke.
Each figure on a rocaille base heightened in gold. Comprising: conductor, hurdy-gurdy player, bassoonist, triangle player, 2 cellists, flutist, drummer with pipe, lute player, bagpipe player, harvinist, horn player, 2 violinists, one spinet player riding on a monkey, bearer of two drums, flutist, trumpet player, flutist with transverse flute. Underglaze blue sword marks.
Figures from H 12 cm to 17,8 cm. Music stand H 8 cm.
