SET OF 8 CHAIRS,Directoire, probably the Baltic provinces, early 19th century. Mahogany finely inlaid with brass fillets. Yellow silk cushion with flowers and leaves. 48x47x44x87 cm. Provenance: from a highly important Swiss private collection.

Mahagoni profiliert und fein eingelegt mit Messingfilets. Trapezförmiger Sitz "à chassis" auf gerader Zarge mit vorderen Säulen- und hinteren Säbelbeinen. Flache Rückenlehne. Gelbes Seidensitzkissen mit Blumen und Blättern. 48x47x44x87 cm.
