Yellow gold 750.
Engine-turned case No. 86597, engraved and enameled monogram HR, dust cover with engraved dedication. White enameled dial with Roman numerals. 19''' new-silver movement No. 50677 with screwed chatons, Geneva striping, compensation balance with Breguet spring and swan neck regulator. Defective, probably the main spring is missing. D 52 mm.
With IWC case and replacement spring.
