ENAMEL, PEARL AND SAPPHIRE BROOCH, probably ca. 1910.
Yellow gold 750 and platinum 950, 12g.
Designed as a stylised butterfly. The wings accented by plique-à-jour enamel and decorated with 4 oval pink sapphire cabochons, the body set with 1 oval pink sapphire of ca. 0.3 ct and 1 slightly baroque. The borders decorated with small rose-cut diamonds. Detachable brooch finding, also wearable as a pendant. Ca. 3.3 x 5.2 cm.
