Ref. 20/6211-23. Round case No. 749492 4117 with diamond-set lunette and attaches, additionally decorated with 4 sapphire cabochons weighing ca. 0.76 ct. Small mother-of-pearl dial with gold hands and diamond frame, surrounded by 7 moveable brilliant-cut diamonds weighing 0.39 ct, under glass. Total weight of the 162 single-cut diamonds is 2.23 ct. Quartz movement. Original gold band with "grain-de-riz" pattern. L ca. 18.5 cm.
