Dated 1818 and bearing the monogram AK HK.
Ebonized pearwood case, glazed on three sides. White-painted wooden concave dial ("en cuvette") with Roman hour and Arabic minute numerals. Movement with anchor escapement and long pendulum, with quarter-hour striking mechanism on two bells. Repeat on demand. Iron weights.
