Finely engraved and enamelled case No. 67459, blue and white enamel, set with diamonds and half- pearls. Inner dust cover, engraved and signed. Matching gold chatelaine with fine engraving and blue enamel, set with half-pearls. Original key and signet with carnelian. White enamelled dial with black Roman numerals and gold Breguet hands. Flat bridge movement with cylinder escapement, key-wound. D 34 mm.
