So-called doctor's watch, with pulsometer scale. Smooth case No. 4276088, the dust cover engraved: "Longines Chronometro Medical, 7 Grands Prix". White enamel dial with minute sub-dial and small second hand. Fine chronogaph movement No. 4276088 with temperature-compensated balance wheel and Breguet spring. D 54 mm.
