A FAIENCE TULIP VASE WITH DOLPHIN HANDLES
Delft, “De Dubbelde Schenkkan”, Jan Pietersz, c. 1670-1700.
Heart-shaped with side dolphins and seven cylindrical spouts with projecting rim. On a rectangular, flared base with knop. Painted in blue with a putto each between scattered leaves, flowers and leaf tendrils. Blue mark VL12p. in blue.
25 × 30 cm.
Small rim restorations and chips.
