From the Alpine region, probably Tyrol, 17th century.
Softwood, carved with flower vases, vines and friezes. Rectangular, architecturally structured body with a hinged lid on a cut-out base. Lid with 2 bastion-shaped panels. The painting, probably later or retouched, with flowers, grapes and depictions of fish. 1 key.
46 × 27 × 34.
Missing parts on the outer edges, missing moldings, signs of use, cracks. Paintwork heavily rubbed in some areas.
