Oil on cardboard. Paint surface well-preserved. Slight colour abrasion along the edges. Partly minimal superficial scratch marks visible.
Under UV: retouching along the edges. Some small touch-ups on the water, in the sky and on the houses. Varnish appears irregular in fluorescent green. Overall in good condition.
