Walnut, maple and birch burlwood, inlaid in rectangular reserves, fillets and geometric decoration. Front with rounded corners. Hinged writing surface, with a drawer on top and three drawers below. The writing surface, inlaid with an oval medallion, opening up into a compartment framed by ten drawers. On top, a further large compartment. Secret compartment. Brass mounts. 2 keys.
