VEGETABLE POT AND TRAY,Paris, mid-19th century. Vegetable pot with maker's mark: Quentin Baschelet. Associated. Round with tall, smooth walls. Two handles with rocaille decoration. Edge with surrounding palmette frieze. Matching cover. Vessel and cover engraved with crowned monogram. Tray with a circumferential palmette frieze, the edge engraved with a bird. D 27 cm, total weight 1840g.

Paris Mitte 19. Jh. Legumier mit Meistermarke Quentin Baschelet.
Assortiert. Runde Form mit hohem, glattem Rand. Zwei seitliche Henkel mit Rocailledekor. Rand mit umlaufendem Palmettfries. Deckel entsprechend. Leicht gewölbt und mit plastisch ausgearbeitetem Griff, der Schwanenköpfe und Früchtefestons zeigt. Gefäss und Deckel mit bekröntem Monogramm graviert. Présentoir ebenfalls mit umlaufendem Palmettfires. Auf dem sonst glatten Rand ein gravierter Vogel. D. 27 cm, zus. 184 0g.
