BRACKET CLOCK WITH CARILLON AND DATE,England, ca. 1765. The dial and movement signed JOHN ELLICOTT LONDON (John Ellicott 1706-1772). Rectangular case in black-painted wood, glazed on all sides. Brass fronton with silver-plated chapter ring and small date window. Engraved plate. Movement with verge escapement, striking the 1/4-hour on bell, and carillon with 6 bells. Repetition on demand as well as silent mode. 27x17x47 cm.

Geschwärztes rechteckiges, allseitig verglastes Holzgehäuse mit Messingprofilstäben. Messingfronton mit versilbertem Zifferring und kleinem Datumfenster. Gravierte Werkplatine. Federaufzug über Schneckenräder. Werk mit Spindelgang und Viertelstundenschlag auf Glocke sowie Carillon mit 6 Glocken. Zugrepetition auf Anfrage sowie Silence-Modus. 27x17x47 cm.
