Designed as a flower branch with finely carved leaves, the flowers set with 3 brilliant-cut diamonds of ca. 2.80, 3.00 and 2.70 ct, ca. F-G/SI1-2, 3 fine, octagonal Colombian emeralds of ca. 1.90, 2.30 and 1.90 ct and 3 oval sapphires of ca. 4.80, 3.30 and 3.50 ct. Signed Mellerio, no. 4307 Bro. L ca. 6,5 cm.
