Flat, smooth case No. 262786 with monogram engraved by Patek: MK. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals and gold Louis XV hands. Very fine nickel silver movement No. 137517 with Geneva striping, compensation balance, Breguet spring and counterpoised lever. Minute repeater with 2 hammers on gongs, spring barrel mounted in an overhung position. D 49 mm.
