Patek Philippe Gentleman's Wristwatch, 1940s.

Stainless steel.
Ref. 1503, very rare, attractive steel case No. 633.115 with pressed back. Silver-plated dial with applied indices and Roman numerals. Fine, hand-wound movement No. 925.056, Caliber 12"120. Leather band with tang buckle (by Kaufmann). D 35 mm.
