Ref. BA 3050. Typical Breguet case No. 4991, with gold pressed back. Silver, engine-turned dial with perpetual calendar, moon phase and leap-year indication, signed Breguet No. 4991. Automatic movement. Crocodile leather band with original tang buckle in gold. D ca. 36 mm.
