Very rare Heuer Carrera Chronograph, ca. 1970.

Yellow gold 750.
Ref. 1158 p. Heavy case with screw-down case back no. C 918-4. Gold-plated dial with tachymeter scale, hour and minute sub-dials, date at 6h. Automatic movement cal. 12, (revision recommended). Leather strap with gold-plated tang buckle. D 38 mm.
