The Caliber 28-520 used in this chronograph is the first automatic wristwatch chronograph to be manufactured entirely in Patek Philippe's own workshops. The ultra-fine movement has a gold rotor and 40 rubies.

Dial: Blue dial with year calendar, power reserve, chronograph, and day/night indication.
Movement: Automatic movement No. 5574059. Chronograph with flyback function, minute and hour sub-dials.
