RUBY AND DIAMOND NECKLACE/BRACELET, probably India, ca. 1960.

Yellow gold 585, 55g.
Necklace alternatingly set with 1 ruby, resp. 1 diamond, the florally designed front set with 9 graduated rubies, small rubies and rose-cut diamonds, ending with 10 ruby pendants. Total weight of rubies ca. 10.00 ct and of diamonds ca. 1.50 ct. L ca. 42 cm, the back part of the necklace wearable as a bracelet, L ca. 19 cm.
