Casual-elegant necklace, the top is decorated with a heart-shaped motif, set with 42 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling ca. 1.27 ct, in the centre, 3 additional movable brilliant-cut diamonds, totalling 0.17 ct, Ref. 81/2267-20, Serial No. 9700989.
