AMETHYST, EMERALD AND DIAMOND EAR PENDANTS, DAVID WEBB, ca. 1950. Yellow gold and platinum. Very fancy ear pendants, each with a florally open-worked clip part set with 1 oval amethyst and surrounded by 9 brilliant-cut diamonds and 9 emeralds. The lower part with an emerald-set leaf motif and a flexibly mounted drop-shaped pendant, surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds and emeralds. Total weight of the 4 amethysts ca. 15.00 ct, total weight of the 40 brilliant-cut diamonds set in platinum ca. 3.30 ct, total weight of the 90 emeralds ca. 4.50 ct. Signed David Webb.
