A GOLD AND DIAMOND NECESSAIRE DE SOIR, St. Petersburg 1899-1908. Yellow gold 56 Zolotniki, 89g. Elegant quadrangular textured case. The top with two monograms: A III for Czar Alexander III, N II for Czar Nicholas II, with the Russian double-headed eagle, all in silver and set with rose-cut diamonds. Opening to reveal two compartments with two hinged panels and 1 hinged mirror frame. The mirror missing. The three pushpieces set each with 1 single-cut diamond. Suspended on a fancy chain with end ring.
