Wood cut on handmade paper with watermark of the Augsburg cup and imperial orb (.Meder 181), circa 1580. 39 x 28.5 cm. Meder 119 b (of c, edition without text); Schoch/Mende/Scherbaum 160. - Excellent deep black impression with margin around the outer line, ca. 2 cm above and below, the sides approx 0.8 cm. With smoothed central fold. Slight even foxing, the left margin somewhat browned. Verso remains of old mount. The outer line possibly retraced in black pen. Overall good condition. - Provenance: J.K.
