Switzerland, ca. 1900. The label inscribed J.M&Co Ste Croix.
Rosewood and partly tinted woods inlaid with a bird on a branch and partly ebonized and grained. Rectangular body with a hinged lid. Musical mechanism with cylinder and comb. Ten melodies, repeater function.
