Classic-elegant ring, the top set with 1 oval Burma ruby of ca. 5.83 ct, unheated, signs of wear, within a border of 16 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing ca. 1.48 ct. The ring shoulders are additionally decorated with 6 small brilliant-cut diamonds. Size ca. 55. With SSEF Report No. 55069, December 2009. Tested by Gemlab.
