Of geometrical design, set with 2 sapphire carrés totalling ca. 1.50 ct, decorated with circular-, single- and baguette-cut diamonds weighing ca. 2.00 ct and enhanced by 4 small sapphires of ca. 0.40 ct. Clip engraved Cartier, no. 3615935. Ca. 3.2 x 3.3 cm.
