Tulipwood, amaranth and exotic, partly-dyed precious woods in veneer with exceptionally fine inlays. Front with 2 drawers sans traverse. Exceptionally rich, matte and polished gilt bronze mounts and sabots. Shaped, pink/beige speckled marble top. 124x63x89 cm. Provenance: - Formerly part of a Russian aristocratic collection. - Former Emden collection, Porto Ronco. - Galerie Koller Zurich auction on 5.11.1982 (Lot No. 2495). - From a highly important Swiss private collection.
