Cable chain necklace, suspending a drop-shaped pendant set with circular-cut diamonds totalling ca. 1.5 ct, decorated with rose-cut diamonds and 1 cultured pearl of ca. 9.1 × 6.7 mm, probably later. L ca. 43 cm.
