A LOT COMPRISING AN OVAL CAPSULE AND A BUCKLE WITH ANIMAL DEPICTIONS
Migration Period, probably Northern Europe, ca. 5th–8th century AD.
Bronze, partly pierced. Capsule with an oval medallion featuring stylized animals surrounded by a wave band. Geometric pierced back plate. Buckle depicting an animal hunt with pin on verso.
Capsule: L 5.2 cm, Buckle: L 4 cm.

- Swiss private collection, Lucerne, acquired from the above ca. 1974.
