LYRE PLAYER, Frankenthal, circa 1765-70.Model by Johann Wilhelm Lanz. On a rocaille plinth heightened in gold. Crowned CT Monogram mark in underglaze blue, incised number 82, painter's mark C:. H 13cm. Strap with breaks. Provenance: from a Swiss private collection.

Modell Johann Wilhelm Lanz. Stehend mit leichtem Tanzschritt, eine Leiher spielend, bekleidet in Weiss mit Streublumen in Blau und Purpur. Auf einem geschwungenen Rocaillsockel gehöht in Gold. Bekrönte CT Monogramm Marke in Unterglasurblau, Ritznummer 82, Malermarke C:. H 13cm. Haltegurt mit Bruchstellen. Katalogergänzung: Minimale Bestossungen an den Aussenkanten der Bluse und die Finger ihrer rechten Hand ab dem Mittelknochen abgebrochen.
