CONSTANTINOPEL.-Matthäus Merian (1593-1650). Constantinopolis - Constantinopolis Urbis Effigies, ad Vivum Expressa ... , circa 1635/50. Copper engraving, 23 x 70 cm (printed from two plates). – With margin around the plate edge. The vertical central fold somewhat browned. The broad margins with light wear and scattered minor tears. Overall good condition.

Kupferstich, 23 x 70 cm (von zwei Platten gedruckt). - Mit Rand um die Plattenkante. Die vertikale Mittelfalz etwas gebräunt. Die breiten Ränder mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren und einzelnen unbedeutenden Läsuren. Insgesamt gut erhalten.
