A CHARMING SMALL BRONZE FIGURE OF THE GREEN TARA. Tibet, 12th/13th c. Height 10 cm. Consecration plate lost.

Unvergoldete Bronze. Bezaubernde Kleinfigur der Schutzgöttin, die in lalitasana auf einem Lotossockel sitzt. Die Rechte ist in der Geste der Wunschgewährung nach aussen gedreht, die Linke erhoben. Neben den Schultern entfalten sich ein weisser und ein blauer Lotos. Sockelplatte verloren.
