BOTH, JAN (1610 Utrecht 1652).The large tree, 1640. Sheet 3 of the suite: four Italian landscapes. Etching, 26.1 x 20.2 cm. Bartsch 1; Hollstein 1 II (of VI). - Very fine even and dark impression. With small margin around the outer line. Very good condition. - Provenance: Collection of J.M.F.Geissler (1779-1853), Paris, Lugt 1072.

Der grosse Baum, 1640. Blatt 3 der Folge: Vier italienische Landschaften (im Hochformat). Radierung, 26,1 x 20,2 cm. Bartsch 1; Hollstein 1 II (von VI). - Sehr schöner, gleichmässiger und tiefschwarzer Druck. Mit kleinem Rändchen um die Einfassungslinie. - Sehr gut erhalten. - Provenienz: Sammlung J.M.F.Geissler (1779-1853), Paris, Lugt 1072.
