COMMODE

Louis XV, France, probably Nantes or Bordeaux ca. 1760. Indistinctly signed and with guild stamp.
Rosewood, tulipwood and in part tinted precious woods, inlaid in the form of laurel vines, flowers, scrolled leaves and reserves. Convex body on curved legs with sabots. Front with two sans-traverse drawers. Gilt bronze mounts, probably in part replaced. Grey, red and white speckled "Breccia" marble top. 2 keys.
