Ink on paper. Back view of a horse. Inscription, signed and dated: summer of the year 26 (of the Republic of China). Seal: Dong hai wang sun (descendant of the King of the Eastern Sea). Mounted as a hanging scroll.
Provenance: Old Swiss private collection, received as a gift around 1950 in Shanghai where the company of the grandfather of the present owners had a subsidiary.
