LARGE TAPESTRY,Early Baroque, probably Flemish, 17/18th century Idealised forest landscape with animals and buildings in the background. Rich floral and foliate border, some losses. Shortened. H 254 cm, W 458 cm. Provenance: West Swiss private collection. An identical tapestry is in the Hermitage in St. Petersburg.

Frühbarock, wohl flämisch, 17./18. Jh.
Idealisierte Waldlandschaft mit Tieren und Gebäuden im Hintergrund. Reiche, teils fehlende Blumen- und Blätterbordüre. Gekürzt. H 254 cm, B 458 cm.
