CUP AND SAUCER, MEISSEN, CIRCA 1740.Painted with elegant figures in park landscape in the style of Watteau, the saucer with Beltrame from the Commedia dell'Arte and with landscape scenes. Additionally decorated with scattered insects and Holzschnittblumen. Underglaze blue sword mark, gold numbers 39 on both pieces, impressed numbers.

Bemalt mit eleganten Figuren in Parklandschaften in der Art von Watteau, die Untertasse mit Beltrame aus der Commedia dell'Arte ebenso in einer Landschaftsszenerie, dazwischen Holzschnittblumen und Insekten, in Goldspitzenbordüren am Rand. Unterglasurblaue Schwertermarken, Goldnummern 39. auf beiden Teilen, Pressnummern.
