IMPORTANT CABINET WITH "PIETRA DURA" INLAYS,Renaissance, Florence circa 1650. Shaped and ebonized wood, the front doors with exceptionally fine "Pietra Dura" inlays. On a later stand. The front with central door between 2 drawers, flanked on each side by 4 drawers between bronze caryatids. The interior fitted with 4 small drawers. Exceptionally rich, matte and polished gilt bronze mounts and applications in the form of caryatids, sirens and decorative frieze. 120x37x75 cm. H with stand 165 cm.
