MANTEL CLOCK WITH CARILLON,George II/III, England circa 1750. Ebonized wood with matte and polished gilt bronze. Finely engraved silver-plated dial with Roman hour numerals and 3 setting adjustments for the carillon. Fine brass movement with 4/4 striking on gong and 8 bells for the carillon. 41x29x64 cm.

Holz ebonisiert sowie matt- und glanzvergoldete Bronze. Prismiertes Gehäuse mit durchbrochenem und gewölbtem Kranz mit Traghenkel auf gekehltem Sockel mit markanten Volutenfüssen. Fein graviertes, versilbertes Zifferblatt mit römischen Stundenzahlen sowie 3 Einstellmechanismen für den Carillon. Feines Messingwerk mit 4/4-Stundenschlag auf Tonfeder sowie 8 Glocken für den Carillon. Traghenkel. 41x29x64 cm.
