PAIR OF CARVED SGABELLI,in the Renaissance style, Italy, 19th century. Walnut, opulently carved with putti, acanthus leaves, scrolls, fauns, fruit and animal heads. 46x44x123 cm. Some losses, 1 backrest strongly affected by wormholes, 1 break.

Nussbaum reich und teils durchbrochen geschnitzt mit Putten, Akanthusblättern, Voluten, Faunen, Früchten und Tierköpfen. Trapezförmiger Sitz auf kartuschenförmigen Beinen. Kreuzförmige, passige sowie teils durchbrochene Rückenlehne. 46x44x123 cm. Fehlstellen, 1 Rückenlehne teils stark verwurmt, Bruchstelle.
