RELIGIEUSE, Regence, the dial signed BALTHAZAR A PARIS (probably Henry Balthazar, maitre 1717), Paris circa 1740. Ebonized wood. Fine relief-decorated bronze dial with 12 enamel cartouches. Replaced anchor escapement striking the 1/2 hours on bell. Fine gilt bronze mounts and applications. 32x13x59 cm.

Régence, das Zifferblatt sign. BALTHAZAR A PARIS (wohl Henry Balthazar, Meister 1717), Paris um 1740.
Holz ebonisiert. Geschweiftes Gehäuse mit pagodenförmigem Kranz mit Eckpinienzapfen auf wellig ausgeschnittener Zarge mit kannelierten Kugelfüssen. Fein reliefiertes Bronzezifferblatt mit 12 Emailkartuschen für römische Stundenzahlen. 2 feine Zeiger. Ersetztes Ankerwerk mit 1/2-Stundenschlag auf Glocke. Feine, vergoldete Bronzebeschläge und -applikationen. 32x13x59 cm.
