Expertise: Dr. Bernhard Schnackenburg, 20.7.2012. Provenance:–G. Cramer Oude Kunst, The Hague until November 1964.–Acquired at the above, private collection, Germany.–Via inheritance to the current owner, Swiss private collection. With a text by Dr. Walther Bernt dated 28.3.1953, confirming the authorship of the painting and dating it to circa 1640.
