CHODOWIECKI, DANIEL NIKOLAUS (Danzig 1726 - 1801 Berlin). Group of 17 engravings. Including: Kleinjogg, 1775; 7 on the theme of Macbeth; 5 on Peter the Great; Copper engravings, various formats. Three additional pieces, including Gottlieb Geyer after Adrian Zingg. Portrait of Daniel Chodowiecki. Copper engraving, 17 x 11.5 cm. – Some with provenance: Königl. Kupferstichkabinett Stuttgart, Lugt 2323 (here red instead of black).

Konvolut von 17 Stichen. Dabei u.a.: Kleinjogg, 1775; 7 Stiche zu Macbeth; 5 Stiche zu Peter dem Grossen; freywillige Verbrennung einer indianischen Witwe; 3 Stiche zu Carline de Lichtfield.; indianisches Bad. Kupferstiche, diverse Formate. - Drei Beigaben. Dabei u.a.: Gottlieb Geyer nach Adrian Zingg. Brustbild des Daniel Chodowiecki. Kupferstich, 17 x 11,5 cm. - Zum Teil mit Provenienz: Königl. Kupferstichkabinett Stuttgart, Lugt 2323 (hier rot statt schwarz).
